This website, https://www.jo-be.com,  serves as the official portfolio, resume hub, and online store for Jordan Bentle of Jordan Bentle Design.  All creative services are offered exclusively on https://www.jordanbentle.design,

Jordan Bentle Design offers a wide range of creative services including graphic design, web design, video editing, photo restoration, and media conversion. All services are custom to each individual or business.  On Just Jo-Be, we sell products in the online store. We also use this website as a resume, portfolio, and a "Get to Know The Designer".

3. Contracts & Agreements

Before beginning any custom work, a signed agreement is required. This agreement will define project scope, deadlines, pricing, and rush fees where applicable. No work will commence until both parties sign off on the terms.

4. Copyright & Responsibility

Clients retain full ownership of any content, files, logos, or proprietary materials they provide. Jordan Bentle assumes no liability for the legal use or origin of such content. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have legal rights and permissions to use them.

Jordan Bentle assumes no responsibility for legal outcomes resulting from your materials and final designs, leaving full responsibility with the client.

5. Product Sales & Pricing

All prices are in USD and do not include taxes, which will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Payment & PCI Compliance

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or third-party payment processors that comply with PCI DSS. We do not store or process credit card information on our servers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom services are non-refundable once the work is approved. Retail items may only be refunded or exchanged if defective or damaged upon delivery. You must report issues within 7 days of receipt.
